A short book exists right now called The Practitioner in Mappo. It was written for someone chanting alone in an ordinary room, on an ordinary evening, wondering if the practice still carries weight this far into the Latter Day of the Law. Nichiren Daishonin wrote his letters to real people holding real difficulties. Lord Toki. Lord Shijo Kingo. A grieving nun. He addressed the person in front of him, not an idea of a reader.
That is the condition this book speaks to. An ordinary person practicing today, right now, without waiting for a better week or a cleaner mind.
This book sits behind one door this week. Vow Keeper members receive it with no separate purchase. Lion King members receive it the same way. A free member reading this far already has the devotion the book was written for. The only thing missing is the door.
