Your body and your mind become one when you give your full voice. Every syllable spoken clearly carries your whole life inside it. Nothing is trimmed, nothing is rushed, and the rhythm keeps its wholeness.

Bring that completeness to your day. Finish the sentence you start. Say the full word to the person in front of you. Chant every syllable with your entire heart, even when you are tired, even when the hour is short.

Some causes you plant today will show their fruit soon. Others will surface later. All of them carry the full weight of your sincerity.

A whole heart takes one sincere moment, given completely. Give it fully, and the Law answers fully.
